Question by LILZ: Anyone want to evaluate my workout and diet routine?!?
ok so i am 22 years ancient and weigh 137lbs. i want to get to 125lbs the most (im 5ft even) and i attempt to eat 6 meals a day
-i initiation off my day at 5 and at 530 i have a light breakfast (i.e toast w/peanut butter or a bowl of muesli)
i eat breakfast at operate about 930-10a and its Constantly oatmeal (Instant) including some type fruit
then i consume a snack (almonds or veggie chips) and then at 1-130 i have lunch which is also Always a salad including spinach tuna or chicken (olive oil, pepper and lemon as a dressing) and/or a veggie burger wrap including mustard.
as i get off, i eat yet another snack like apple and peanut butter including a cheese stab or yogurt including peanuts.
I workout for 2 hours, i run for 60 minutes and pickup a class thats another hour. the lessons incorporate Weight Lifting, Yoga, Areobics, Pilates, Zumba or Cycling. this happens 6 days a week that i workout.
soon after workout i eat a Kashi protein bar including a banana or fruit
then i eat dinner at eight, which would be a salad once finished again or beans including tuna or chicken or i make a veggie burger.
Does my program sound ok? am i missing a business? or am i eating too significantly. I cheated these days and ate three meatballs cus i havent had them in MONTHS! and i heard protein shakes are wonderful for post workout but they consist of all these “powders” and im not bodybuilding i dont want to get husky just toned. what protein shakes are exceptional for ladies? and do i workout too considerably?
please help.
