Query by Danny: If Im seeking to Tone up and achieve muscle could I drink a protein shake just before bed?
Im searching to tone up far more and achieve muscle. I previously make a protein shake from “whey protein powder” following I work out each day. Could I make yet another one an hour or so prior to bed? Will it help or harm my muscle development. I would not like to be set back finished again.

I’m not huge into muscle toning, but alot of my close friends are. As I know it you drink the shakes ahead of you work out… other than that it is really just a waste. Not treacherous, just a waste.
