Ahead of workout snack-1 egg colorless, 1 complete egg
**Worked 1hr and and 30 minutes in the fitness center, 30 minutes of cardio, 1hr might teaching**
Breakfast- 1/two cup of domestic oatmeal, medium apple, small banana, 1 cup of skim milk mixed with this “Carnation instant breakfast powder” (I use it to aid me realize consequence and get more protein)

**1hr 45mins ballet classes, 1hr plain ballet, 45 mins pointe**
Dessert- 1/two cup of two% cottage cheese with three strawberries and a handful of raisins
I kinda want to buy a tiny bit of consequence (wholesome consequence)..I’m carrying out so much activities.. I’m just questioning if this is sufficient food? I also drank eight glasses of fill up
