Creatine & Whey Protein? Oh and protein shots?

Im in the national guard RSP, sort of a pre-bootcamp drill you go to just before standard. Todays drill i acquired smammerd, sgt plays a game known as poker, where all 50 men and women in the detachment are in formation and get a card [diamond= diamond pushups, heart= pushup, spade=situp ect. and absolutely everyone has to do what actually rep of the card. like a ten of diamonds is 10 diamond pushups, this whooped my *** after about the 40th card >:/ he made the decision to play double or nothing also…. So i just went and purchased be some “System Fortress Super Superior Creatine High Preformance powder” stuff. I was asking yourself if this is genuinely going to aid me create muscle so i wont get whipped so straightforward, need to i also go buy the “physique fortress whey protien powder”? I also acquired a few protein shots with 26g of protein for after drill will that aid?
