Todays drill i received smammerd, sgt plays a sport referred to as poker, in which all 50 people in the detachment are in formation and get a card [diamond= diamond pushups, heart= pushup, spade=situp ect. and everyone has to do what ever rep of the card. like a 10 of diamonds is 10 diamond pushups, this whooped my *** after about the 40th card >:/ he chose to play double or nothing as well…. So i just went and bought be some “Body Fortress Tremendous Sophisticated Creatine Significant Preformance powder” stuff. I was preoccupied if this is genuinely going to help me develop muscle so i wont get whipped so undemanding, ought to i also go buy the “entire body fortress whey protien powder”?
