pretty much all athletes pocket protein some type of protein powder, all it does is build lean muscle

In general, food is through up of protein, fats, and carbohydrates. “Protein powder” is from a food source that just the protein is rendered from it. As long as he is intake other foods and not just protein alone…it is not really different from intake food. If you are just intake protein only…that force not be healthy. Protein only diets have to be supervised by doctors. You can buy protein powder in some grocery stores….usually you learn it in the health food stores. I reckon you have it mixed up with something else and that is why you are concerned. Hope that helps some. If someone is trying to build muscle…they force “add to” their diet…protein powder…but, that must not be the only thing they eat/drink.

protein powder is excellent for you. your body wants protein and if he works out it will help him alot.

by saying you will caution on him for protein is just rediculous…

If you mean coke like I suspect you force, it is necessary that you caution your mom, especially if your dad was an addict. People whose parents were addicted to something have a superior risk of getting addicted themselves.
