I haven’t actually started using this product yet. I bought it because I was intending to start a high protein, mod. fat, high fiber diet after Thanksgiving and thought that these would help digest my diet better, forming less gas. Will probably start my diet after my birthday next week. Will have to let you know later how this product performs (the ingredients look promising).

This product is expensive and didn’t work. There was no affect whatsoever. I returned it for my money back.

I have been vegetarian for 10 years or so but have recently gone vegan. I was having stomach aches that are probably attributable to a big
increase in eating fruits and veggies and grains. These capsules have worked wonderfully for me. No more bloated feeling or stomach ache. I have been taking one at about the same time I start eating, before each meal, so 3 times a day. I noticed the difference right away and am amazed. I have never tried another product of this sort, so can’t tell if this is the absolute best one, but I am very pleased.

I have been trying to use this product taking one capsule before my main meals but it does not seem to do anything for me. It maybe working for other people but but I do not notice any difference in helping my digestion.

I bought these to replace another product and did not find that these helped much. They did work, but I found that my other product was far more effective.
