The pills are huge and they taste disgusting. My hair did get thicker, but it became really rough and even switching to different shampoos didn’t help. I would rather have my natural soft and shiny hair than the thicker, rough and dirty feeling vitamin enhanced hair.
My face broke out with acne really bad after taking the pills. But after I quit, thankfully my skin became better.
Didn’t notice any difference in my nails.
I completely quit taking the vitamins when I started getting upset stomachs. It took a couple weeks for my hair texture to get back to normal.
I’m just going back to taking Vitamin E capsules.

I began to take this product because my nails were peeling off in layers. I only took 2 tablets a day (one AM, one PM) instead of the recommended three a day. I knew it would take awhile for the old nail to grow out, but by the end of the second month, I knew it was working. It took a good three months to finally replace the old nail with the new, stronger, non-peeling one. As a side bonus, my hair is growing faster,and my skin has good even color. I have just ordered more of this product because it definitely works.

I got this to hopefully see an improvement in hair and nail growth; I have followed the directions (take 1 pill 3x per day) for a month, and really can’t tell a difference in hair, nails or skin. I want to say that my nails are a bit stronger, not as brittle, but again no big difference like I hoped to see.

I was skeptical at first,because there are just so many supplements out there,all claiming to work.Well since the price was good ,I decided to take a gamble.Boy am I glad I did!My nails,skin and hair have never looked better.I am almost 48,and I tell you my hair looks the best EVER!I highly recommend this product.I am a vitamin /supplement skeptic…..this one works.
