I don’t have depression. : It’s also about how I look, too. I feel more comfortable with light skin. I *might* look into taking flax oil, but it’s mainly my scalp that I have problems with. The skin there is so sensitive that I HAVE to bathe in straight cold water, or I will be digging and scratching at my itchy head all day long.

Google Flax, the benefits are too much too write in such small space here. It comes from flax seeds. The B vitamins and the vegetable source diegestive enzymes are also very important. I promise you will be amazed. If you do these 3 things. As for the Sun, Depression wiithout it. It’s not the suns fault for global warming,+ I suffered skin, blood sugar, +++ I am free of these today. It works fast, all these things and more are required for health, I just targeted your symptoms. Take Care ;)

Well, I do have very sensitive Irish skin. I’m not sure if taking anything for it will cure it, but I guess I might give it a shot once I find out what flax oil is? Thank you for the suggestion, but before I do anything, what IS flax oil, how does it effect the body, why are you suggesting it based on my skin sensitivity, and why do you think I need to be okay in the sun? If i hide from it, why is it important that I’m alright in it?

    Hi
You need to be ok in the sun. From what you told me. You need Flax oil (in your state probably 2 tbls. a day. Also a B-100 vitamin (take with bread or you’ll not digest and feel like you need to through up, the body doesn’t appreciate trying to burn a wet log, give it food) also vegetable source enzymes taken with every meal, and once a day on an empty stomach. Watch what happens! Get back to me.

I personally would have to take vitamin D pills because I cannot stand being out in the sun. I’m in FL and I wear long sleeved clothing and pants that covers up nearly my entire body and when I’m in the sun, I hide from it by huddling under my clothes. Sunlight makes my skin feel weird and crawly. I don’t like how it makes my nerves feel hypersensitive, however I do have scalp dermatitis and the only way it does not bother me is through taking cold showers. Sucks, but I’m saving money though.

Word. Telemoric acids are also a good indicator of a persons genetic ‘age”. Usually there is a correlation between Longer telemores and a youthful appearence. I got a hormone panel ordered, and my endroconologist says I have the highest vitamin D levels he’s ever seen:))) Lol I was like… Damn.

    Hi! : )
Do you live where the Sun-Shines? Do you get out in it, enough? If so, your OK. If your not and get depressed, it is something to check into… I have to expect that if God put it in the Sun to give to us, it is most likely something we need in a generous portion. I have Full Spectrum Lighting in my Home and We Love It (Washington Clouds:( ) However you are a very careful person who I know would find the Best Source of Vit.D or any product offered to you to injest. Respecting Balance..

  9. Serrapeptase says:

Technically, Vitamin D is classified as a “seco-steroid.”
A couple thousand milligrams of vitamin D is the
equivalent to 12 minutes out in the sun per day.

  10. nancy4366 says:

Its a steroid hormone. Do I really want to take thousand of milligrams of a steroid hormone? Should I worry about masculinization, acne or other steroid effects?

  11. Soulnik says:

Researchers recently found that those with higher levels
of vitamin D had longer telomeres. Telomeres play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of the chromosome, protecting it from degradation and from end-to-end fusion with other chromosomes.
